Who we are

When I was a child, my Uncle Alan baked a legendary oat bread in his little country store tucked among the rolling hills of upstate New York. I still remember sitting at the counter, watching him slice a warm loaf and grill it into the best cheese sandwich I’d ever tasted. The smell of those sizzling, toasty edges drifting through the store is a memory I’ve carried with me all my life. Rich, tangy, and impossibly comforting, his bread became a quiet tradition in our family—served at breakfast, packed into school lunches, and shared with neighbors on chilly evenings.

Today, it’s my joy to bring that same simple, honest goodness to your table.
